Energy facilities contain many devices that produce data: inverters, analysers, protection relays, meters and weather stations. Most come from different manufacturers, speak different protocols and devices often operate in isolation.

Our work is to bring that scattered data into a single structure, make sense of it at the edge and carry it securely to the central platform.

Field Data Acquisition and Protocol Integration

We collect data from devices of different vendors and protocols and unify it in a single data model. Devices speaking IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus RTU/TCP and IEC 61850 meet on the same platform.

Edge Processing

Carrying every data point to the centre is neither necessary nor efficient. Filtering, threshold evaluation and summarisation at the edge reduce link utilisation and shorten the response time to critical events.

• Local storage during communication outages, with store-and-forward once connectivity is restored

Remote Monitoring and Telemetry

Monitor geographically dispersed plant and facility portfolios from a single centre. We plan communication infrastructure around site conditions and protect against data loss during outages.

Data and Reporting Infrastructure

We do more than display the data we collect: it is stored as time series, made comparable and turned into reporting that supports operational decisions.

• Automated periodic reporting and notification

Security Approach

Security requirements in operational technology differ from those of conventional IT. Our approach covers secure communication, network segmentation, remote access control and authorisation across the edge and central platform.
